An Apology for the True Christian Divinity

The classic systematic defence of Quaker belief: fifteen theses on immediate revelation, Scripture, universal and saving light, justification, perfection, worship, the ministry, baptism and the supper, set out and defended against Reformed and Catholic objections. It rejects the outward sacraments, so it differs from the library's other confessional traditions.
