Sermons from the Latins

A year's course of fifty-nine Sunday and feast-day sermons, from Advent to the last Sunday after Pentecost, each with a printed synopsis, which Baxter, a Boston parish priest, built mainly from Cardinal Bellarmine's Latin Conciones Sacrae, with further material from Paolo Segneri and Agostino da Montefeltro; his preface says the manner is his own and the doctrine and thought are theirs.
